In terms of wine and body composition, I have not gained any mass despite trying to eat a lot. However, when we implemented a reduction, it took only one week to see results. All the gains I made over the course of a year can diminish in just a few days. Why is this happening? It is because I am approaching bodybuilding and mass gain differently than I should.

I need to apply the mass effect strategy by eating in a continuous manner with well-calculated small portions over the long term. I have been fortunate to experience binge eating at times, but I recognize that binge eating is not beneficial. I hope that one day this cycle will end, as it often leads to feelings of depression and a lack of motivation to avoid large amounts of food.

I believe this approach is not effective. It is essential for me to apply the mass effect strategy with intention, to do it correctly, and to take small steps for significant progress. I need to focus on long-term results rather than short-term gains.
